Finally, 21st April arrives! The date when thousands congregate at Stadium Merdeka to get their dose of anti-virus for the now epidemic Bieber Fever. Woots! Honestly, as much as you haters wanna flame Justin, it was the best concert I've been to, for real. Read on and you'll see what I mean.

22nd April 2011, a Q&A seminar was held at the Jurong SAFRA ballroom with guest speakers, Charles Glass aka Trainer of Champions and both Bodybuilding.com Bodyspace Spokesmodels, Steve Cook and Jennifer Rankin.

Other than the seminar, three lucky people got to train with the three Optimum Nutrition athletes... And I got to train with Charles Glass!
