Arnold Classic 2011 Predictions

Woots! It's the time of the year again. Time for the Arnold Classic, that is. The Arnold Classic is the second most prestigious bodybuilding contest in the world and the winner of the Arnold Classic will be a top contender for the Mr Olympia in the same year. To be exact, the Arnold Classic will be held on Saturday, March 5 at Veterans Memorial as part of the Arnold Sports Festival. Prejudging will begin at noon and finals at 7pm.



Alright, so let's get to the juice of this post - Who, in my opinion, will win the Arnold Classic 2011 title? This year's Arnold will be exciting as defending champ, Kai Greene will not be competing, therefore, we could see a new champ this year OR the two guys who have won the Arnold Classic before, Dexter Jackson and Victor Martinez, could add another AC trophy to decorate their mantel. If Dexter wins it this time, he'll be the winning-est Arnold Classic winner of all time (tied with Flex Wheeler).

Flex Pro Show 2011 - The Biggest Upset of the Year

I know that the Flex Pro is just the first bodybuilding event of 2011. However, bodybuilding icons such as emcee Lonnie Teper and writer Dave Palumbo were right that if former Dexter Jackson did not win this show, it'll be the biggest upset in 2011 and nothing is gonna beat it. Plus, none of the other top dogs of bodybuilding joined the event. No Jay Cutler (duh), Phil Heath, Kai Greene, Victor Martinez and Branch Warren. Did I forget anyone?

Hi guys! Sorry for the infrequent updates. I've been slacking in my blogging. However, I've definitely not been slacking in my training. So as written in my Bulking Up post, I've set some goals for myself and the deadline was on 15th Jan. So how I did, I hear you ask. These after photos were taken on 17th Jan (aww, don't make a big fuss about two days). Visually, there's not much difference. But I certainly feel VERY different. Read on to find out what I mean.
